Starting in the hanging position without kipping pull your feet up all the way to the bar then control the decent back to the hanging pos

Reminders:
  • Go through the warm up controlled and with purpose working on getting that front rack warmed up.
  • Try and hit a heavy complex keeping good form throughout.
  • Complex = 1 squat clean + 1 front squat pop it out of your fingers into your full hand grip and hit your power jerk. Drop the barbell and hit a full clean + split jerk if possible.
  • If you have bar muscle ups break them up smartly insuring you can hit the same sets or with as little sets as possible throughout without blowing up your arms.
  • If you have pull ups then go for chest to bar pull ups and be hard on judging your own reps.
