A strength piece working on your clean at heavy and some handstand work which you need to push yourself to your own level. A tough finisher where you will need to dig in a lot and its up to you how far you get!

Reminders:
  • Make sure you go through the warm up to get your front rack warm on the kettlebell and work on the accessories.
  • Work up to your 90% 1RM clean then start your 6 sets.
  • You are working for 1 minute. Hitting 1 clean then for the rest of the minute on your hands.
  • The finisher is tough so push yourself ensuring you do the burpee over the bar every 3 minutes.
