A barbell heavy session with a lot of reps working on your positions under fatigue with a good finisher with some skipping.

Reminders:
  • Make sure you get your heart rate up on the warm up.
  • Get them shoulders warm and ready for part 2.
  • Be smart where you break up your reps on the barbell.
  • Do singles on the cleans to save your arms for the STOH.
  • Make sure your thrusters are to depth and you lock out your elbows.
  • Do bar mu if you don't have ring. If not do C2B or pull ups.
  • Stay unbroken on the double unders or singles.

15/12 cal ski

1-5 strict pull up (strict chest to bar if your capable)

10 double unders or 20 singles
