  • Pick the right weights through the barbell don't go up to quick keep technique good throughout.
  • Keep all gymnastics smooth and efficient.
  • The finisher you are trying to move consistently for 12 minutes so be smart on your breaks and your transitions.

Complex:

2 hang squat cleans

1 power or split jerk

* 15/10 unbroken set of TTB after each barbell set

AMRAP 12

Barbell weights: RX+=50/35kg RX=45/30kg SCALED=40/25kg

9 STOH

6 C2B / kipping pull ups

3 each arm DB snatch's @22.5/15kg
