An 8-station EMOM for 5 rounds with monstructural pieces and some odd object weighted implements making it a tough 40 minutes of work.

Reminders:
  • Cap each minute at 50 seconds other than the max minute.
  • Use the right weights for your strength maintaining the same stimulus.
  • Pick the right calories for your fitness level and aim to hit them each round.
  • Take your score on the first round of burpee box jump overs and try and match or beat that for the 5 rounds.

  1. Run 300m/250m (you have the 1st and 2nd minutes for the run)
  2. 9 D-ball cleans @45/30kg
  3. 250/200m ski
  4. 12 single arm DB hang snatch @22.5/15kg
  5. 250/200m row
  6. MAX burpee box jump overs @24/20"
