Hyrox style WOD where you will have an amount of calories and rep's to get through to make it onto the last movement to AMRAP.

Reminders:
  • Pace yourself on the machines and run and don't blow up.
  • Break up your rep's so you save yourself to hit each bit with the right intensity.
  • Head down and graft on the last few movements and earn them rep's.
  • You must go down the list of exercises you can't move down until you finish the cal's or reps of the one before.
