A tough grind for 15 minutes head down and graft then into a max lift thruster.

Reminders:
  • Keep a very consistent pace on the run dont go out to fast.
  • Minimise taking to long breaks between reps on the burpee pull ups.
  • If you have good strict pull ups then jump into the bar and pull up in 1 motion .
  • Use a kip if your pull ups arent great.
  • Try and turn on both sides on the shuttle run.
  • Start with an easy weight on the thruster.
  • Drive out of the bottom hard.

15 MIN AMRAP

5 Burpee pull ups

10 Shuttle runs (7.62m there and 7.62m back = 1 rep)

*add 5 burpee pull ups each round
